How great is that? Very nice day today.
We came to a Split in the trail and decided to go to the left (Wrong way of course!). We ended up having to cut across the meadow to the path we should of taken. The treasure was off the path about 500 feet. Since this was a bigger container, we let the girls looks for it, and eventually Audrey found it! It was just barley big enough for the trackable to fit in. The picture to the right shows the girls looking through the SWAG, while I sign the logbook. They each picked something out and Maureen grabbed a cool wooden nickel signature item. Was a really nice little hike for all of us.
This Blog documents our family's geocaching adventures, and day trips. We started geocaching in July of 2009 and were quickly hooked! The title of this Blog says it all, as we are always on the hunt for fun SWAG ("Trade items" or "Treasures" which are placed in geocache containers for trading). We are a family that LOVES to travel, and does a lot of day trips. Geocaches are EVERYWHERE, and wherever we are, we are looking for treasure!
